Dear City Manager Barney,

All over America, cities are responding to the current climate crisis by taking action with smart energy solutions. More than 700 cities have signed up to become "Cool Cities," signing the U.S. Mayors Climate Protection Agreement and lowering energy bills. It is time for Upper Arlington to join these cities and pledge to become more energy efficient, by conserving gas, cutting pollution with hybrid vehicles, modernizing city buildings and schools, and investing in solar and wind power.
